Precision Rewiring for Human Behavior

Precision Rewiring for Human Behavior

Break Method® dismantles the system that generates negative self-talk, cycles of conflict and negative behaviors. You already know you're repeating cycles of chaos and conflict; you just haven’t had a precise explanation for why or a practical way to rewire them.

Our program shows you exactly how your brain distorts inputs, drives automatic responses, and teaches you how to rewire those patterns step by step—no willpower, guesswork, or narrative looping required.

Our Program Steps

From Data to Direction — in 3 simple steps

Map Your Pattern Architecture

Identify the forces driving your reactions and behaviors—long before you're aware of them. We decode the nine pattern markers shaping your perception and emotional responses with accuracy that bypasses self-report and narrative.

Expose Distortions & Blindspots

Each of 6 diagnostic appointments are engineered to reveal blindspots, self-deception, and the internal logic your brain uses to justify maladaptive patterns—getting to the root quickly and efficiently while generating customized tools.

Sustainably Rewire with Precision

Using Pattern Opposition and targeted tools built from your diagnostics, you take surgical, evidence-based actions that disrupt old wiring and create new patterns that hold.

This is the final stop on your road to recovering. Your future is worth the investment. It's better than having 50 therapists in your corner at all times.

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly will I start seeing results?

Clients often report the paradigm shift starts during week 1. Brain Patterns operate like a distorted lens perscription that you don't know you're wearing. Once you build enough of a foundation, it doesn't take long for you to start to see the distortion and feel like sustainable hope is around the corner.

How does this differ from what else is on the market?

We are the first-of-its-kind data-driven system where Brain Pattern prediction and testing are the foundation of our work. This program is built on efficiency - we don't want this to take any longer than it has to, effectiveness - we have to diligently test your pattern in the hypothesis stage before crafting rewire strategy, and sustainability - we want to equip you to do this for yourself for the rest of your life.

How much weekly work is required to stay on track?

To complete the program in 20-24 weeks, we suggest 4-6 hours per week. This includes video watch time, workbook exercises and any other practical application tools.

Do you offer additional support if it's needed?

We offer our Online Program, Online Program+ and Certification. Our standard Online Program gives you access to weekly Open Group Sessions that you can use to ask questions about program work or get Behavior Strategy for a present moment issue. Our Online Program+ comes with an intentional series of 6 Behavior Strategy sessions and an in-depth Final Strategy session to review your rewire stage. Our Certification program includes client-level access to Break Method as well as a 6 month online-based training program complete with group sessions and one-on-one appointments.

How personalized is the program?

Your Brain Pattern and your unique 9 markers set the stage with a customized and emotionally rigorous 20 week journey. Your Brain Patterns tells the story of where you've been and it also predicts where you're going. Once we have this pattern accurate, we can predict your future behavior, areas of self-sabotage and communication breakdowns.

Who is this certification designed for?

This program is ideal for therapists, mental-health professionals, coaches, physicians, and practitioners who want to integrate predictive behavioral intelligence and sustainable rewiring into their work. If you’re seeking to elevate your practice with tools that offer greater accuracy, efficiency, and measurable outcomes, this certification positions you at the forefront of behavioral change.

How long does the certification take, and what does it include?

Certification takes approximately six months and includes access to our client-facing program, all practitioner training modules, a three-day in-person graduation at our headquarters in Sandpoint, Idaho, and a supervised practicum client journey. You’ll train in the PredictiveMind® diagnostic framework, learn to use the full technology suite, and master the Break Method rewiring intervention—a structured series of six diagnostic appointments and tool sets. You’ll also learn to generate customized behavior strategies based on each client’s nine pattern markers.

How much weekly work is required to stay on track?

We recommend dedicating 4–6 hours per week to video modules, home study work, and case-study review. This steady, manageable pace ensures you build the skill and confidence required to graduate on time and begin practicing effectively.

When does the training start, and how does the timeline work?

You can begin the first modules at any time, as the early portion of the certification is fully remote and self-paced. Once you complete your core coursework and practicum, you’ll graduate at one of our three annual in-person sessions held in Sandpoint, Idaho (approximately 75 minutes from Spokane’s GEG airport). This hybrid structure combines flexibility with high-level, hands-on training.

What is the tuition and ongoing licensing cost?

Tuition for the full program is $4,700, which includes your first year of licensing on the PredictiveMind® technology suite. After that, licensing is $199 per month or $1,500 annually, granting continued access to diagnostic tools, client reports, platform updates, and ongoing practitioner support.

Early Brain Pattern Formation → Brain Pattern Mapping

Research in developmental neuroscience shows that experiences between ages 2–5 encode stable patterns of attachment, emotional regulation, and personality that persist into adulthood. These early “rules of operation” become the blueprint through which the brain interprets stress and relationships.

Prediction and Efficiency → Closed-Loop Detection

The brain functions as a prediction engine, filtering sensory inputs through internal models or priors to minimize surprise. While efficient, this mechanism biases perception toward assumption rather than presence, reinforcing existing schemas.

Persistence of Patterns → 9-Marker Brain Pattern Mapping

Repetition consolidates behavior into rigid habits through basal ganglia circuits. Once automatized, maladaptive patterns resist change and dominate responses to stress or conflict.

Expectancy Violation → Pattern Opposition + Logical Sequencing

Expectancy violation—the mismatch between what the brain predicts and what actually happens—is essential for updating maladaptive rules. Additionally, logical, cognitive processes—such as cognitive reappraisal, affect labeling, and reasoning—activate the prefrontal cortex and suppress emotional limbic reactions, enabling top-down regulation of emotion.

Persistence of Patterns → 9-Marker Brain Pattern Mapping

Validated by Fischer Jordan, a leading tech and data consultancy, PredictiveMind™ is an algorithm that evaluates over 200 data points to predict nine diagnostic markers of consolidated behavior and emotional response patterns. This predictive model highlights the role early childhood inputs play in shaping adult behavioral and emotional outcomes.

Expectancy Violation → Pattern Opposition + Logical Sequencing

We combine strategic Pattern Opposition with a precise sequence of logical questions (ELI sequences). These questions surface and dismantle the faulty reasoning your brain used to justify maladaptive behaviors, making opposition feel rational and natural—not forced. This activation of cognitive control via the PFC avoids reliance on fragile willpower and roots rewiring in understanding rather than struggle.
